SMITH-ROBERTS,
EXPANDING OUR REACH
The Professional Land Surveyors at Smith-Roberts
are continually expanding the reach of our
service area by obtaining licensure in
additional states. It is our goal to obtain
licensure to practice land surveying in every
state west of the Mississippi River. To this
goal, our Surveyors have applied for acceptance
for licensure in Missouri, Louisiana and Utah.
Several of our Professional Land Surveyors are
preparing to enter the Certified Federal
Surveyors (CFedS) Program. The program,
Co-administered by the Department of the
Interior's Bureau of Land Management and the
American Congress on Surveying and Mapping
(ACSM), provides extensive training for
Professional Land Surveyors in dealing with
federal survey processes both on and off Indian
lands.
