Commercial real estate transactions and projects are very different from residential ones. Most commercial projects need to satisfy an array of local, municipal and state guidelines and laws. Most commercial real estate transactions require an ALTA Survey which provides information relating to easements, rights-of-way, exact boundaries, encroachments and other factors influencing the future use and ownership of land or commercial property. Land title surveys provide enough information which can be used to reduce the risk of those who are involved within the commercial property transaction.
